
Sport in education
DTP
Challenge: This project aimed to highlight the importance of sport as a tool for development and character building. The deliverables included a logo, branding elements, PowerPoint presentations, and the DTP (desktop publishing) of two books.

Solution:

Logo: Drawing inspiration from the project's core message, I crafted a logo that incorporates three key elements: a human figure, a collection of sport trophies, and a wrench. This symbolic representation effectively conveys the project's vision: sport as a tool for shaping individuals.

Color Palette: To further emphasize the brand identity, a cohesive color palette was developed. The base color, a calming beige (#F1ECE9), establishes a sense of stability and focus. Accent colors were strategically chosen - a deep blue (#4C5D73) for its association with trust and education, a vibrant red (#BF0F0F) to represent the energy and passion of sport, and a warm orange (#F2B84B) symbolizing success and achievement. These colors were then used consistently throughout the branding elements, including PowerPoint presentations and book design.

Presentations: The PowerPoint presentations were designed to be visually arresting and informative. By utilizing the established color palette, clear layouts, and impactful visuals, I ensured the presentations effectively communicated the project's message to a wide audience.



Book Design (DTP): Two books were part of the project:

"Sport w optyce wychowania, ewangelizacji i życia" (Sport Through the Lens of Education, Evangelization, and Life): This book features scenarios for lessons about values found in sport and the lives of athletes. I used the branding elements and color palette to create a visually engaging and user-friendly layout, enhancing the book's readability and impact.

"Rola wzorców osobowych w wychowaniu i katechezie" (The Role of Role Models in Education and Catechesis): This monograph required a more formal layout while maintaining the project's branding identity. I ensured a clear and professional design, facilitating a smooth reading experience for the target audience.




Result: The final branding solution for "Sport w optyce wychowania" successfully translates the project's message into a cohesive and visually appealing experience. The logo effectively symbolizes the program's core values, while the color palette and design elements create a unified identity across all materials. This comprehensive branding approach allows the Ministry of Sport to effectively communicate the importance of sport in shaping young minds and fostering positive values.
