As part of my collaboration with the Faculty of Theology at the University of Opole, I was responsible for overall social media communications. Working with the Faculty leadership, I developed a marketing strategy, defining key audiences (candidates, primarily high school graduates, but also current students, alumni, and the academic community), communication goals, and KPIs (reach, engagement, recruitment support). Based on this, I developed a communication language, publication policy, and monthly content calendar.
My responsibilities included:
- planning and producing video content (reels): scripts, recordings, editing, subtitles, and audio;
- designing coherent graphic materials (posts, stories, carousels, event announcements) in line with the university's brand identity;
- ongoing publication, moderation, and optimization of formats for platforms (IG/FB), utilizing planning and analytics tools;
- collaborating with departments and event organizers to source content and coordinate the publication schedule. The results of this work included a structured and recognizable presence for the Faculty on social media, a consistent visual presentation of materials, a regular rhythm of communication, and improved visibility of research and teaching activities (conferences, meetings, student initiatives). Thanks to this comprehensive approach, the Faculty's channels have become a clear and attractive point of contact for candidates and the academic community.
